Viva la Beyonce. In the video she is wearing Gareth Pugh. Here's his Spring 2009 RTW line.

I like how edgy she went with the costumes.  I like the more avant-garde direction Rihanna is going as well.

    i love the clothes as well. the sunglasses were a miss for me though.
    i went to the celine dion concert last night & her dancers looked like they were wearing something christian siriano made from his fall 08 line. loved it.

    Apparently, according to his blog, Kanye West had a dream about Rihanna one night with a whole new style and the next day he went and bought her this massive new wardrobe before she went on tour. I'm assuming the tour was with him.
