our boy Plato

"Beloved Pan, and all ye other gods who haunt this place, give me beauty in the inward soul; and may the outward and inward man be at one."
 - Socrates in Plato's Phaedrus

It's hard for a lot of girls I know to define beauty for themselves or understand their relationship with it.  Like most things nowadays, I'm trying to approach the idea of beauty by holding around 6 ideas in my head at once.  One of my favorite opinions on beauty has been the idea that a genuine beauty would be one that creatively reflects the insides of the person on the outside.
