Harmondsworth Barn

(source)
Right by Heathrow Airport, J and I checked out the Harmondsworth Barn on Sunday.  Unfortunately we were unable to get inside to see this spectacular view of "the largest timber-framed building in England and is regarded as an outstanding example of medieval craftsmanship."  It is truly massive from the outside as well, stretching 60 metres.

It was built in the early 15th century.  As in, this barn that I saw on Sunday is older than CHRISTOPHER COLUMBUS.
